Hardy County Schools will operate on a three hour delay for Wednesday, March 30 due on to the Winter Weather Advisory in place and potential for ice tomorrow morning.
This is a reminder that all schools in Hardy County will dismiss three hours early on Wednesday, March 16.
Students that ride Jaime Roy’s bus 50 will arrive home 25 minutes late today and will arrive home on Deb Phares’ bus 58.

The combination route of bus 53 Kessler and 48 McCullough does not have a driver. Bus 52 Shirk will return after his normal route and return students home. This may push back the route 40-45 mins. Parents may choose to pick up their children.
EH bus 48 will not run tomorrow. Students may meet bus 53 at the intersection of Caldwell/Parker Hollow Road at 7:25 in the morning and 3:30 in the evening, Intersection of Brants Teets /Parker Hollow at 7:30 in the morning and 3:25 in the evening or Broken Spoke at 7:40 AM in the morning and 3:15 PM in the evening. Times may fluctuate by five minutes.
Moorefield Bus 59 evening run will be 20-30 minutes late bringing students home Friday. They will be on bus 64 arriving home.
The early dismissal scheduled for Wednesday, February 16 has been cancelled and we will now have a full day of instruction for all students and staff.

Moorefield Middle School will be closed on Tuesday, February 8 for repairs to the HVAC unit. These repairs require us to turn off the hot water as well as the heat. Students and staff will work from home.
Tomorrow, Friday, February 4 we will be using the first of our five non-traditional instructional snow packet days. This means that students will not report to school and will complete the work teachers sent home with them today. Employees need to report to buildings at their normal times or the time designated by the building administrator. Staff will be dismissed if needed based upon current weather conditions as they develop county wide.
